- Create an EVP: We develop a thorough Employee Value Proposition that highlights every aspect of the role and how it will positively impact an applicant’s skills, career path and quality of life.

Sourcing Candidates
- Networks & Talent Pools: We leverage industry contacts, specialized job boards, internal databases, social media, and niche organizations to establish a list of qualified candidates.
- Engagement: We proactively outreach through networking, trade shows, and direct recruitment efforts to ensure any qualified potential candidates are engaged with the team’s mission, the company's brand and the job’s opportunity.

Screening and Evaluation
- Initial Screening: We will filter applications based on essential criteria and qualifications with a manual review of every single applicant (no automations - everyone counts). For every 80-100 qualified applicants or potential candidates, only about 12-14 make it to screening.
- Vetting & Assessment: Utilize a proprietary conversational assessment specific to each individual maintenance role to assess the competencies and practical skills of the candidate against the role’s non-negotiable requirements.
- Behavioral Interviews: Conduct an in-depth screening focusing on problem-solving abilities, collaboration philosophy, and alignment with company culture. Less than 25% of screened candidates make it through this phase.

Candidate Verification
- Background Scan: Complete a general search to identify any publicly available criminal history and previous employment verification to ensure reliability and integrity.
- Certification Validation: Verify all professional and safety certifications required for the position.

Client Interviews and Selection
- Coordination: Arrange interviews between the top candidates and the client, providing all necessary documentation and support. We adhere to a highly optimized timeline and follow-up cadence to ensure strong competitive positioning and a positive hiring experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from both clients and candidates to refine future selections and make any necessary market adjustments.

Offer and Onboarding
- Offer Management: We facilitate the offer process, ensuring clear communication of terms and expectations between the client and the candidate.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring that the candidate integrates smoothly into their new role with an accurate and consistent experience.
